Sign O’ The Times (Super) Deluxe Edition is an elaborated remastered re-issue of Prince’s ninth full-length studio album Sign O’ The Times and the ninth posthumous album release overall. In the 3CD Deluxe Edition version, the remastered original album is augmented with 1 CD with 13 b-sides, extended versions and edits from the Sign O. Sonically, 'Sign o' the Times' is a funky, experiential pop song. However, its lyrical content hears Prince discuss a whole range of important topics. During the first verse, the 'Purple Rain. The ending verse is just a wish to try to enjoy life while you can, and just ignore the bad times. A definite late-80s sign o' the times. Prince is a great lyricist when he wants to be.
